I have been playing music and singing since childhood. The love of both music and medicine has shaped my life. Why decide one or the other? I decided to do both. After 20 years in Nashville, home is now back in Newfoundland. I have performed solo and in groups, and have co-written many songs. I've toured across Canada and the United States. Music is more than a hobby, it is a passion and a way of clearing your mind and tapping into your creativity that allows for expansion and growth in your life. It has made me a better person.
