BASIC PLAN:
Eat well with daily servings of fresh unprocessed foods
Adequate water intake daily
Regular sleep patterns of at least 7-8 hours
Exercise, yoga, breathing, stretching
Meditate
Brain Training, puzzles, memory games, puzzles, learn new language or musical instrument
Supplementation under guidance with a healthcare professional, including Vitamin D, Omegas, MCT oil, herbs, probiotics, etc
THE goal is to prevent or reverse cognitive decline.............slow down degeneration and encourage regeneration by lifestyle changes.
