Greek Potatoes


6 medium potatoes cut into wedges

30ml olive oil

40ml lemon juice

¾ tablespoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

cracked pepper and sea salt to taste.

Coat potatoes with all other ingredients and bake in 250 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crunchy. Serve with gyros.
